Managing a project in pandemic time becomes an uphill battle for project managers. Since working from home (WFH) is becoming the priority of companies, and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. According to internet sources, during the lock downtime, 90% of employees work from home to the IT sector of India.

This leads to new challenges to companies and project managers, although IT industries are having the experience to handle WFH culture before this odd time. But in this scenario number of employees is almost 13 times more who work from home before it, so it's become difficult and needs strenuous efforts to get back on track.

Lets start by looking at the fuel. Nitro-Methanol, or more commonly referred to as 'Nitro', is exactly what it sounds like. It is a mix of Nitromethane and Methanol. There is also a little bit of oil in the mix. The reason for the oil will be explained a bit later on. Nitro fuel is mostly comprised of Methanol, which is the base fuel used for combustion. Methanol is a little different from normal gasoline, as it burns at lower temperatures. Which makes it the perfect fuel for Nitro engines, as they are so small, and generally air-cooled. The next component is Nitromethane. This in itself, isn't really combustible. Its added to the mix, because oxygen is part of its chemical composition. The added oxygen creates a bigger bang, therefore, more power. Ever heard of nitrous injection on normal cars? Nitromethane is added to the mix, to get the same result. What about the oil you ask. The oil is added for engine lubrication. Nitro engines don't have a sealed crankcase filled with oil, so we have to put it in the fuel, just like a 2 stroke. Which brings me on to the next section.
Nitro engines are simplistic animals. They work almost the same way as https://toolsworking.com/best-plasma-cutter-reviews/ a 2-stroke engine works. There are no complicated timing setups like there are on 4-stroke engines. This is all simply handled by the piston and crank. To keep this tutorial as simple as I can, I have put in this external link, you can see how a 2-stroke engine works. Seeing it in motion makes a lot more sense, than trying to explain it in words.
Even though that how-to shows exactly how this type of engine works, there a two major differences. That tutorial shows the fuel/air mixture entering the cylinder, through a port in the side of the head. On a Nitro engine, the mixture is actually drawn in through the center of the crank.
The other difference, is that Nitro engines do not use conventional spark plugs, they use glow plugs, like a diesel. In a normal 2-stroke engine, the fuel/air mix is compressed, as an electric spark plug ignites the mixture. A nitro engine uses the same theory, but a different sort of spark plug. Nitro engines use glow plugs, which contain a filament, that stays red hot from the combustion process, to ignite the mixture.
That's how the inside of a Nitro engine works. Lets take a look on the outside. There a two main components on the outside of the engine: Carburetor and Exhaust.
The carby is fairly simple, and work in the same fashion as any other carby. Air is drawn in, and as it passes through the throat, it sucks a little bit of fuel out of the jet. The amount of fuel is controlled by the slide needle, that moves in and out with the movement of the slide. Simple stuff.
The exhaust is a little more complex, and serves 2 purposes. It acts as a sort of extractor, to pull exhaust gases out of the cylinder. Due to the shape of the exhaust, differences in air pressure is created along the pipe, which creates a vacuum effect, drawing out the exhaust gases. As the exhaust gases pass through, some of it is allowed to escape through a pipe that leads to the top of the fuel tank. As the exhaust gases build up above the fuel, it creates a downward pressure, which pushes the fuel along the fuel pipe, and to the carby. Ingenious.
This is the simplest way to explain how a Nitro engine works. There is a little more theory behind it, but for the sake of keeping it simple, I've only explained the basics.
Cheers, RevoJoe.
